'Just want to thank Kate for such a wonderful stay in The Fuselage. We had an amazing experience and couldn't have asked for a nicer host. The Fuselage is truly beautiful with stunning views across the fields which are a dream to wake up to. The facilities are well thought out with a lovely hot shower for the rainy days and outdoor cooking equipment. The communication since booking cannot be faulted, with Kate doing her utmost to accommodate our needs. Also providing us with fresh bread, milk, cakes and even a home made bottle of sloe gin. Would definitely recommend a stay at The Fuselage.'

'I booked 2 nights at the Fuselage as a surprise for my husband's birthday and we loved every minute of our stay. Our little Westie dog came too and adored all the countryside smells! Kate was so friendly and helpful ahead of our trip, and this continued on our arrival. The accommodation was larger than I was expecting with great ceiling height and the dining table which converts into a big comfortable bed with very cosy bedding (we slept so well on both nights). The views are amazing across the Severn Estuary and the Welsh mountains, with sheep and horses in the fields nearby, pheasants walking across the land and birds of prey flying overhead. The woodburner and underfloor heating made it extremely cosy and we braved outdoors in the chilly February weather, making a cooked breakfast on one day and re-heating jacket potatoes and a chilli over the firepit the next day. The Fuselage kitchen area is extremely well equipped with utensils, all the basics as well as some lovely local farm milk, butter and sloe gin! We ate at the Painswick Restaurant for my husband's birthday the first evening, which was excellent and we felt really sad to be leaving after only two nights. This was the perfect getaway, even in the cold wintry weather, to experience something very different to your average break. We can't wait to visit again. '

'I booked a weekend stay at the Fuselage in September for our family over our wedding anniversary weekend. After seeing images of the Fuselage we fell in love straight away with the cabin and idyllic location. We were not disappointed and our stay exceeded our expectations. Our children could not contain their excitement on arrival and could not sit still, investigating every nook and cranny with gleaming smiles! The British designed cabin is beautifully designed and well appointed. The cabin and insulation have been so well designed that even at the end of September we didn't have to use the heating. The cabin is well kitted out with everything from super soft duvets and fluffy towels to luxury toiletries. It really is a boutique style hotel experience in the wild. We were also greeted with delicious local produce and a cheeky bottle of fizz!

In the mornings you have an unsurpassed view of the Severn estuary and Slad Valley and, if you're lucky, you may be treated to a visit from deer and other local wildlife. There are some easily accessible walks through the valley that we all enjoyed. We visited the Woolpack Pub for some good food and a pint which we would highly recommend. Kate and Piers were both super hospitable and very helpful and knowledgable about the local area. We all absolutely adore the Fuselage and the very peaceful idyllic setting and will be sure to visit again.'

'Myself, Andy and Freddie would like to say a big Thank You for being so welcoming! Our stay at the Fuselage was perfect. Kate showed us around and made us feel at home straight away. The Fuselage is an awesome design, the log burner kept us very warm, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed listening to the rain on the roof whilst sitting in T-shirts drinking sloe gin 🙂 It was a beautiful night for our anniversary. Thank you for the touch of a card too! So thoughtful! I highly recommend staying at the Fuselage for some R&R in the middle of the countryside. The Fuselage has everything you need, the kitchen and bathroom areas are full of supplies so you won't need to take much. The view is a must!!'
